Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

✅ Eligible Returns – Item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and with proof of purchase.

❌ Non-Returnable – Perishable goods (e.g. powders/food once opened), custom/personalized items, hygiene products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

📦 To request a return, email tapiocasandbeans@gmail.com. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

🛠 Damages & Wrong Items – Please check your order upon delivery and contact us right away if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges – Return the item first, then place a new order once accepted.

💳 Refunds – Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by your bank.
